Google’s new ‘Application Stats’ for Android Market publishers allows developers to keep track of how their products have been faring in the real world, or rather, the world of Android users. The company had a crude version of stats, basically a set of dashboards in the Developer Console, which showed info of the app in key areas such as country, platform versions, device models and so on.
